FOR ICD 2 debug mode
ICD0083: Debug: Unable to enter debug mode.
You need to add:
#pragma config PWRT = OFF //Power up timer disable

Windows 7:MPLAB IDE v8.66. Won’t work on my AMD 64 bit machine, but it does work on Toshiba Sat. laptop with Intel core i3, M370
